Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/4 c
- stick butter - 3/4 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- large potatoes - 5 item
How to make parmesan potatoes:
Peel potatoes and cut into wedges no more than 1/2-inch at widest. Shake in a bag with flour and Parmesan cheese. Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan. Put potatoes in pan, taking care not to have them touch each other. Salt and pepper. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Use foil to cover the first half hour. Turn after 30 minutes and remove foil.
