Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • egg, beaten - 2 item
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • cooked rice - 1 c
  • fresh corn - 1 can

How to make corn au gratin:

Saute onion and pepper in margarine. Add other ingredients, mixing well. Pour into a 1-quart greased casserole dish. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
