  • large cabbage - 1 item
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • flour - 4 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • water - 1 c
  • milk - 1 c
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • small bell pepper, chopped - 1 item

How to make cabbage casserole:

Cut cabbage into quarters and boil. Saute margarine, onion, flour and bell pepper in a skillet. Add water, milk, salt and pepper. Place cabbage quarters in a buttered casserole dish and pour soup mixture over the cabbage. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 375° until bubbly.
