  • salt
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley - 1 tsp
  • tomato paste - 12 oz
  • tomato sauce - 15 oz
  • crushed tomatoes - 15 oz
  • small onion - 1 item
  • garlic

How to make tomato sauce:

Heat oil in pan. Saute diced onion. When onion is browned, add crushed tomatoes. Let cook for 1/2 hour. Add tomato sauce and paste. Add 2 cups of water and spices. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
