Ingredients/Components
- heavy cream - 1/2 pt
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- basil - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- garlic - 1 item
- can crushed tomatoes - 1 item
- box macaroni - 1 item
- jigger vodka - 1 item
How to make vodka sauce:
Saute garlic in olive oil. Add crushed tomatoes, basil, sugar, salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes. Add vodka and grated cheese. Cook 5 minutes. Add heavy cream. Cook 3 to 5 minutes more. Add to cooked macaroni. Enjoy.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Savory sauces.
