Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 1/4 c
- tomato paste
- Mozzarella cheese - 2 c
- beef - 1 lb
- large container cottage cheese - 1 item
- cloves diced garlic - 2 item
How to make lasagne:
Cook lasagne and drain. Cook beef and drain off grease. Add to beef the onion, garlic, oil, tomato paste, water, oregano, basil and pepper. While heating, combine last 7 items together into a cheese mixture in a large bowl.In large cake pan (9 x 13-inch) place lasagne longways in pan. Add sauce layer, then cheese layer, then likewise until all is used. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour. Cool, then cut and serve.
