Tacos in pasta shells
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- dairy sour cream - 1 c
- butter, melted - 1 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- 4 oz - 1 c
- ground beef
- crushed tortilla chips
- small pitted ripe olives - 1 item
- prepared taco sauce - 1 c
- jumbo pasta shells, cooked, rinsed and drained - 18 item
How to make tacos in pasta shells:
Cook beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until brown, stirring to separate meat; drain fat. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add cream cheese, salt and chili powder; simmer 5 minutes. Toss shells with butter; fill with beef mixture. Arrange shells in buttered 13 x 9-inch pan. Pour taco sauce over each shell. Cover with foil. Bake in preheated 350° oven 15 minutes. Uncover, top with Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese and chips. Bake 15 minutes more or until bubbly.
