Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 c
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- tomatoes, diced - 3 item
- curry - 1 Tbsp
- grated Cheddar
- bunch green onions, diced - 1 item
- ground beef, chicken or turkey
- cooked kidney beans or pintos - 4 c
How to make chili:
In frying pan, saute meat and drain. Add water, chili and curry and simmer 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and beans; heat through. Stir in onion. Ladle into serving bowls and sprinkle on cheese.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
