Taco pasta
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- 4 oz - 1 c
- ground beef
- green onions - 3 item
- taco sauce - 1 c
- Monterey Jack cheese - 1 c
- crushed tortilla chips
- jumbo pasta shells, cooked, rinsed and drained - 18 item
How to make taco pasta:
Cook beef, add cream cheese, salt and chili powder and simmer. Toss shells with butter, fill with beef mixture. Arrange in buttered pan. Pour sauce over each shell. Cover with foil, bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Uncover, top with cheeses and chips, bake 15 minutes more, until bubbly. Top with sour cream and onions.
