- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can French fried onions - 1 oz
- bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination, thawed and drained - 1 (16
- jar pimento, chopped optional - 14 oz
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pimento and 1/2 can of onions and seasoning. Pour into 1-quart casserole and bake at 350°, covered, for 30 minutes.
