Swiss vegetable medley
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- 4 oz - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can French fried onions - 1 item
- jar chopped pimiento optional - 1 oz
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Thaw and drain vegetables. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 of cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and 1/2 of onions. Pour in 1-quart casserole and bake, covered, at 350° for 35 minutes.
