  • confectioners sugar - 1 c
  • Cool Whip - 1 c
  • cold milk - 4 c
  • container Cool Whip

How to make lemon lush:

Filling:8 oz. pkg. cream cheese1 c. confectioners sugar1 c. Cool Whip2 (3/4 oz.) pkg. lemon pudding4 c. cold milk Topping: remainder of 16 oz. container Cool Whip Mix together ingredients for crust and then press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Cool.

For filling, mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

Next, cook lemon pudding as directed on package. Cool, then spread over second layer. Frost with remaining Cool Whip.
