Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla
- sour cream
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 small
- box white raisins - 1 item
- bag medium noodles - 8 oz
- cream cheese 1 small, 1 large - 3/4 lb
How to make kugel:
Boil noodles for 6 minutes, then drain. Add butter to noodles. Separate eggs. Take yolk and mix with sugar, cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla flavor and lemon juice. Add white raisins to mix. Beat and fold white of eggs. Pour in dish or pan. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, European, Jewish (ashkenazi).
