Swiss vegetable medley
Ingredients/Components

- sour cream - 1/3 c
- 8 oz
- 4 oz - 1 c
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- jar chopped pimento, drained - 1 oz
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can onion rings. Pour into 1-quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes; top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Cheese.
