Easy cheese cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- sour cream - 1 pt
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- lemon juice
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese - 1 lb
How to make easy cheese cake:
Mix all ingredients together for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased spring-form pan and bake 1 hour and 10 minutes in a 325° oven. Let stand in oven 2 hours longer with heat off. Cake will develop crack on top characteristic of New York Cheese Cake. Take off sides of spring-form pan and refrigerate.
