- sour cream - 1/3 c
- 8 oz
- 4 oz - 1 c
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- jar diced pimento, drained - 1 oz
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup of cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can French fried onions. Pour into shallow 1-quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions in diagonal rows across top and bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Cheese.
