Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- 8 oz
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination, thawed and drained - 1 (16
- jar chopped pimiento optional - 1 oz
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and 1/2 can French fried onions. Pour into a 1-quart casserole.Microwave Directions: Cook, covered, on High 8 minutes. Turn halfway through. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Cook, uncovered, on High 1 minute or until cheese melts.
Coventional Oven Directions: Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, covered, 5 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
