Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- 8 oz
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- shredded Swiss cheese - 4 oz
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination, thawed and drained - 1 (16
- jar chopped pimiento, drained optional - 1 oz
How to make vegetable medley:
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 of the cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and 1/2 can of French fried onions. Pour into a 1-quart casserole.Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
Microwave Directions: Prepare as directed. Cook, covered, on High for 8 minutes; turn halfway through. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Cook, uncovered, on High for 1 minute or until cheese melts.
