Swiss vegetable medley
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- ground pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can French fried onions - 1 item
- bag frozen mixed vegetable - 1 16
- Swiss cheese shredded - 4 oz
- jar pimentos optional - 1 item
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Mix vegetables, soup, cheese and 1/2 c. sour cream, pepper, pimentos and 1/2 can French fried onions. Pour into 1 quart casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Cheese.
