Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 2 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- chopped dates - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- hot water - 2 c
How to make date-nut pudding:
Combine hot water and brown sugar in large baking dish. Mix together remaining ingredients. Spoon batter over syrup. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip.Helen Thomas
