Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt
- flour - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chopped pimento - 1/4 c
- chopped bell pepper - 1/4 c
- turkey necks - 1 pkg
How to make creamed turkey:
Boil necks; separate meat from bones. Gradually blend flour and milk over low heat in skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over toast, rice or noodles. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Main dish, Poultry, Turkey.
