Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- warm water
- honey - 2 Tbsp
- whole wheat flour - 5 c
- wheat germ - 1/2 c
- all-bran cereal - 3 c
- yeast, dissolved in water - 2 pkg
How to make whole wheat bran bread:
Melt yeast in warm water. Add salt, honey, cereal and wheat germ. Add 5 cups of whole wheat flour; stir. Add flour gradually until dough is pliable and elastic. Knead dough about 1 minute.
