- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/3 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- flour - 1/3 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
- pecans - 1 c
- sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed - 3 c
- TOPPING1 c
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Mix and put in casserole dish.TOPPING1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. flour1/2 c. butter or margarine1 c. pecans Put on top of sweet potato mixture and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
