- butter - 1/2 lb
- half and half cream - 2 qts
- Romano cheese - 4 oz
- flour - 3-1/2 oz
- chicken base - 1-1/2 oz
- bay leaves - 4 item
- sherry - 1-1/2 oz
How to make fettucine alfredo:
Combine butter, Romano, flour and chicken base in medium saucepan. After butter melts add half and half cream and bay leaves. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. When alfredo starts to boil add sherry. Serve over fettucine.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Side dish, Vegetarian.
