  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • caraway seed - 1/4 tsp
  • tomato sauce - 1 c
  • shredded cabbage - 2 c
  • chicken bouillon - 3 c
  • small apple, pared, cored and diced - 1 item

How to make sweet and sour cabbage soup:

Combine ingredients in a medium pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1/2 hour. Makes 4 servings.
