Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 2 c
- bay leaf - 1 item
- ground beef - 2 lb
- oregano - 2 tsp
- basil - 2 tsp
- tomato juice
- sliced carrots - 1 c
- mushrooms - 1 c
- Worcestershire - 1 Tbsp
- stewed tomatoes - 1 c
- dried onion - 2 tsp
- French green beans - 2 c
How to make hamburger soup:
Brown beef; drain. Add all other ingredients. Simmer about 2 hours. Remove bay leaf before serving. This is great made in the crock-pot!Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Clear soup, Main dish.
