  • sour cream - 2 c
  • salt - 1 item
  • pepper - 1 item
  • parsley - 1 item
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • ground round - 2 lb
  • taco sauce - 2 c
  • cans chopped green chilies - 2 oz
  • refried beans - 40 oz
  • bunch chopped green onions - 1/2 item
  • avocados, mashed - 3 item
  • shredded Jack or Cheddar cheese - 5 c
  • nachos - 8 c
  • small can chopped ripe olives - 1 item

How to make supper nachos:

Brown beef and onion with salt and pepper; drain. Spread refried beans in a shallow 11 x 17-inch pan. Top evenly with meat, then green chilies with shredded cheese over chilies. Drizzle taco sauce over cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with onions (tops too) and chopped ripe olives. Heat 10 minutes more. Mound center with avocados; surround with sour cream and sprinkle with parsley. Quickly tuck nachos around edges. Serves 8 to 12.
