Artichoke bread
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- butter, melted - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- cloves garlic, crushed - 6 item
- lemon pepper - 2 tsp
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- sesame seeds - 2 Tbsp
- pitted black olives, sliced - 1 c
- or 8 oz - 2 c
- can artichoke hearts not marinated - 1 oz
- loaf French bread, cut lengthwise - 1 item
- tomato slices optional topping - 1 item
- parsley flakes optional topping - 1 item
How to make artichoke bread:
Melt butter, garlic and sesame seed. Add bread chunks from middle of bread. Fry until brown. Mix sour cream, cheese, Parmesan, parsley and lemon pepper. Stir in drained artichoke hearts and toast mixture. Spoon in bread and top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Appetizers, Vegetables.
