- salt - 2 tsp
- water
- vinegar
- allspice
- pepper - 1/2 1
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 tsp
- chili powder
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- bay leaves - 2 item
- cayenne pepper - 1 2
- ground round - 2 lb
How to make cincinnati chili:
Cook meat in water until brown. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low 3 hours, stirring often. Serve over spaghetti with grated Cheddar cheese and chopped onion.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Chili.
