Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- clove minced garlic - 1 item
- can artichoke hearts in water - 1 1/2
- Ortega diced green chiles - 4 oz
How to make artichoke dip:
Drain artichoke hearts and combine with remaining ingredients. Mash together with fork until mixed thoroughly. Pour mixture into glass baking dish; bake at 400° for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with crackers or bread.Recipe categories: Appetizers, < 30 mins, Dips.
