Olive-nut spread



  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • softened cream cheese - 6 oz
  • olive juice - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped salad olives - 1 c

How to make olive-nut spread:

Mash the softened cream cheese with a fork. Blend in the mayonnaise. Stir in the chopped nuts and olives. Add the olive juice and the pepper and blend well. Do not add any salt. Refrigerate several hours to improve consistency. This is delicious in finger sandwiches, on very thin toast, or on crackers.
