  • sugar - 1 c
  • water - 1/2 c
  • pecan halves - 3 c
  • cream of tartar - 1/2 tsp
  • large marshmallows - 8 item
  • peppermint extract - 1/4 tsp

How to make sugared pecans:

Boil first three ingredients until soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Pour out on wax paper and quickly separate with a fork.
