Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- bread crumbs - 2 c
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- large mushrooms - 12 item
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Take stems off mushrooms and dice. Cook with onion and butter. Add seasonings and bread crumbs. Mix well with a fork. Put caps in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Fill with stuffing mix. Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Enjoy!Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
