Stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 2 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- dry mustard
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/4 c
- large mushrooms - 2 lb
- can crab
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Chop stems. Melt butter in skillet. Cook stems in butter until tender; stir in flour, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add milk. Stir until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in crab, egg yolks, parsley and lemon juice. Preheat oven to 425°. In large skillet, melt 1/4 cup butter. Cook mushroom caps 5 minutes. Fill with crab mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
