Stuffed meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- ground beef
- box Stove Top stuffing - 1 item
- envelope Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item
- plain breadcrumbs - 1/2 c
- jar brown gravy - 1 oz
How to make stuffed meatballs:
Cook stuffing as directed by package. In bowl, mix together beef, soup mix, eggs and breadcrumbs. Form meat mixture into 4 large balls. Place large meatballs in ungreased shallow baking dish, approximate size 8 x 8-inch. With fingers, push down center of meatballs to form 4 separate nest shaped balls. Evenly fill center of meatballs with stuffing. Pour gravy over meatballs, cover pan and bake one hour at 350°. Spoon off excess fat. Serve with mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetable.
