Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 1
- oleo - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 1/4 c
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- envelope beef mushroom soup - 1 1/4
How to make stuffed baked potatoes:
Heat oven to 400°. Wash and bake potatoes. Melt oleo. Stir in milk. Remove from heat. Add soup. Take potatoes from shell and beat in milk mixture. Put filling back into shells and bake until heated through. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
