Quick potatoes au gratin
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- salad dressing - 1 c
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
How to make quick potatoes au gratin:
Heat oven to 350°. Mix potatoes, cheese, soup, salad dressing, onion and pepper. Spoon into 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with combined crushed corn flakes and margarine. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Side dish, 3 steps or less.
