Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 4 oz
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- stuffing mix - 1/2 c
- cooked squash, drained - 4 c
- small shredded carrots - 3 item
How to make squash casserole:
Mix all ingredients (except stuffing) and pour into baking dish or pan. Sprinkle stuffing mix on top. Bake at 350° about 1/2 hour or until top is browned.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
