Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 4 oz
  • butter or margarine - 1/4 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1/2 c
  • stuffing mix - 1/2 c
  • cooked squash, drained - 4 c
  • small shredded carrots - 3 item

How to make squash casserole:

Mix all ingredients (except stuffing) and pour into baking dish or pan. Sprinkle stuffing mix on top. Bake at 350° about 1/2 hour or until top is browned.
