Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • basil
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • Mozzarella cheese - 2/3 c
  • white wine - 2/3 c
  • Ricotta cheese - 15 oz
  • lasagna noodles - 9 item
  • crab meat - 1/2 lb
  • cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
  • scallops, chopped, if large - 2/3 lb
  • cooked shrimp reserve 3 or 4 - 1/2 lb

How to make seafood lasagna:

Boil noodles according to package directions and drain. Saute onion in butter, add cream cheese, egg, Ricotta cheese, basil and pepper. Set aside.

Mix mushroom soup, wine, scallops, shrimp, crab meat and Parmesan cheese. Layer 3 noodles in the bottom of a lasagna pan. Layer all of the seafood mixture. Layer 3 more noodles; layer all of the cheese mixture. Layer the last three noodles and sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top. Decorate top with reserved shrimp. Cover with foil. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
