Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter - 1/4 lb
- grated carrots - 2 item
- chopped onion - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small jar pimiento - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing - 1/2 pkg
- summer squash or about 4 c - 2 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 300° for about 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 14 to 15. Very good!Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
