Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1 item
- grated carrot - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- yellow squash - 2 c
- Pepperidge Farm herbed seasoned crumbs - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Cook and mash squash; add soup, sour cream, grated carrot, onion, salt and pepper. Butter casserole dish. Cover bottom with crumbs. Add squash mixture. Cover with additional crumbs and dot with chunks of butter. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
