Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- instant minced onion - 2 tsp
- dry bread crumbs, divided
- melted margarine, divided - 3 Tbsp
- coarsely chopped, cooked yellow squash - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Combine squash, onion, 1 tablespoon margarine, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour milk over 1 cup bread crumbs. Set aside for 3 minutes. Then stir into squash mixture. Spoon into lightly greased 1-quart casserole. Combine remaining bread crumbs and margarinRecipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
