Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- chopped onions - 1 c
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- squash, chopped - 2 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion (crisp-tender); drain. Mix in mayonnaise and cheese. Pour into casserole dish; sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Drizzle melted margarine on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
