Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- stick butter or margarine - 3/4 item
- O - 2 c
- cooked squash or zucchini - 2 3
How to make squash casserole:
Mash cooked squash (drain off water before mashing). Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.Note: Make a day ahead and refrigerate overnight before baking.
