  • olive oil - 2 Tbsp
  • cloves garlic, chopped - 8 item
  • ground pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • grated lemon peel
  • rosemary - 1 tsp
  • red potatoes - 8 item
  • large red pepper - 1 item
  • medium red onions, quartered - 4 item

How to make garlic roasted vegetables:

Combine, in a large bowl, the oil, lemon peel, salt, pepper, rosemary, potatoes, garlic, onions and red pepper. Toss well. Spread in jelly roll pan. Roast at 450° for 40 to 45 minutes.
