- salt
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, chopped - 8 item
- ground pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated lemon peel
- rosemary - 1 tsp
- red potatoes - 8 item
- large red pepper - 1 item
- medium red onions, quartered - 4 item
How to make garlic roasted vegetables:
Combine, in a large bowl, the oil, lemon peel, salt, pepper, rosemary, potatoes, garlic, onions and red pepper. Toss well. Spread in jelly roll pan. Roast at 450° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Tomato.
