Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix - 1 pkg
- yellow or zucchini squash - 2 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Melt margarine. Add to dressing mix; cook squash and onions; salt and pepper to taste. Mash and add soup, sour cream and half dressing mix. Put in greased casserole dish and sprinkle other half of dressing on top. Bake at 375° for 30 miRecipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
