Baked squash



  • sour cream - 1 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • small jar pimientos - 1 item
  • squash
  • herb stuffing - 1 pkg
  • small grated carrots - 4 item

How to make baked squash:

Cook squash in salted water; drain and mash. Add remaining ingredients except margarine holding back stuffing. Line 2-quart casserole with half of stuffing that has been mixed with 1 stick melted margarine. Fill with squash mixture and then sprinkle remaining 1/2 of stuffing on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
