  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 3/4 tsp
  • baking soda
  • nuts - 1 c
  • raisins - 1 c
  • zucchini, shredded - 2 c

How to make zucchini cake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans or a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Lastly, add zucchini, raisins and nuts. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
