Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- stick melted butter - 1 item
- pimento
- cooked squash
- medium carrots, grated - 2 item
- Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Drain squash. Add vegetables, sour cream and soup. Mix well. In serving dish, mix stuffing and butter. Line bottom with stuffing, reserving enough to sprinkle on top. Add squash mixture and top with remaining stuffing. Bake in oven at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
