Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated onion - 1 Tbsp
- mushroom soup - 1/2 c
- sharp cheese, grated - 1 c
- cooked squash
How to make squash casserole:
Mix squash, soup, onion, cheese, melted butter, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Pour in baking dish. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°. I use bread in box or a small amount of Pepperidge Farm dressing for topping.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
